Love love love the apartments. The staff is AMAZING! The value is amazing! From day one we felt welcomed. The maintenance is very attentive and things get fixed super fast. The apartments are the best around for their price. Our only two complaints is extremely loud and rude neighbors and having the washer and dryer in the closet. It would be nice to have that extra closet space, but this we knew before signing the lease and we can definitely live with. We've had some very rude and loud neighbors and at night it seems to get pretty ghetto outside with people doing drugs in their vehicles. The apartments is in no way at fault for this though. We do plan to leave once the lease is up, but only because of very rude neighbors who have ruined the experience for us. If we were stuck living in apartments forever though, this would be the complex to go for as far as quality, value, friendliness of staff, and maintenance. Wish it wouldn't have been ruined by neighbors.

As a current resident here at Pinon trails it has been my home, like every business there is up and downs , I can't understand why rooms could say these things. Management is always so understanding and always takes the time for our needs, every work order I have had has been responded to in a timely manner. Thank you Pinon Trails for your efforts and dedication for making this a better home for my family!

I have lived in these awesome apartments for almost 10 yrs now, 1st in a 2 bedroom, which was extremely spacious & well cared for, very affordable. Then I transferred into a 1 bedroom, which is big & beautiful! I couldn't be happier with these apartments! I've recommended them to all my family & friends! The staff is so wonderful, friendly, courteous & caring! Even my dog gets a treat when we visit the office! Any issue of maintenance is handled immediately & I've called after hours & received an immediate response! The lush greenery & mature landscape is beautiful, its a gated community, well lit areas & very clean throughout the complex. Parking is great, 2 beautiful, clean pools, and an awesome gym. Many new grills for BBQing, nice laundry rooms, new playground for the kids & a party room in back of office! The refrigerated air conditioning is THE BEST! Very friendly & nice neighbors and it's very affordable here! Love it here!!!! Couldn't recommend them any higher!
